I focus on the ADHD set and individuals with moderate clutter, meaning- all rooms are still usable, but it's becoming a problem. This is the slippery-slope phase, and this is when we need to get to work.
I can help you get in front of it, one room at a time and create systems that help to prevent back-sliding. I can't fix ADHD, but I can sort your stuff and put it all neatly away somewhere that makes sense to how you live your life.
