I’ve worked on high-end homes, often at the final stage of renovations, applying special finishes like Venetian plaster, gold leaf, and faux techniques. Along the way, I’ve led teams, met tight deadlines, and collaborated with all kinds of clients to bring their vision to life. Over time, I realized that what I really love is helping people turn their homes into peaceful, relaxing spaces.

I understand every space is unique. To make budgeting easy, I offer flat-rate packages for both home organization and hoarding cleanup:

Home Organization Packages (Ideal for refreshing your space):
• Quick Refresh (2 hours): $120 flat rate
• Half-Day Reset (4 hours): $220 flat rate
• Full-Day Overhaul (6 hours): $320 flat rate

Hoarding Cleanup Packages (Includes assessment, decluttering, and organizing):
• Assessment Visit: Free (15–30 minutes)
• Small Project (up to 3 hours): $250 flat rate
• Medium Project (up to 6 hours): $450 flat rate
• Full-Day Cleanout (up to 8 hours): $650 flat rate

Additional Costs May Apply For:
✔ Dumpster rental & hauling fees – $300–$1,000+
✔ Pest infestations, mold, or biohazards – Additional hazard fees may apply

Hourly services are also available upon request if a flat-rate package isn’t the right fit for your needs.

Before & After Photos Required
To provide an accurate quote and tailor my services, I require clear “before” photos of your space. These photos help assess the level of organization or cleanup needed. After the job is complete, “after” photos will be taken for records—with your permission, they can be shared to showcase your transformation.

Business Hours & After-Hours Availability
Standard Hours: Monday–Sunday, 6 AM – 6 PM

Need help outside of regular hours? No problem—I offer flexible scheduling with flat-rate surcharges to keep things simple:

After-Hours, Emergency & Holiday Rates
• Evening Service (6 PM – 10 PM): $75 flat surcharge
• Late Night / Overnight (10 PM – 6 AM): $100–$125 flat surcharge
• Same-Day Emergency (any time): $150 flat fee
• Weekend or Holiday Appointments: $100 flat surcharge

Combined surcharges will never exceed $200 total per session.

Transportation Note:
If after-hours service requires rideshare or transit between locations, a flat travel fee of $20–$50 may apply based on distance or actual cost.
