The TimeFinders can manage your move (or a loved one’s), host your estate, moving or tag sale, de-clutter & organize your home or office and sell & repurpose your treasures. We serve older adults, families and small businesses in Northeast Ohio and Northwest PA. The TimeFinders was started by former social worker and advocate Cindy Illig-Lum in order to combine her three passions - working with older adults, hosting estate sales, and repurposing vintage finds, into her career. As a wife and mother of four, she has moved her over-sized household eleven times (including two international moves). Cindy brings her life experience to the TimeFinders along with integrity, compassion and a commitment to superior customer service.

Roesch Refresh was born out of my deep-rooted passion for structure, loving organization, and a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of those around me. After years of experiencing the transformative power of organization firsthand, I felt a calling to share my expertise and help others achieve a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment in their own lives.

With a heart full of determination and a mind brimming with ideas, I embarked on the journey of creating Roesch Refresh. I knew that I wanted to offer more than just a cleaning service - I wanted to provide a comprehensive solution that would simplify lives and bring about lasting change.

Every day, I am motivated by the satisfaction of seeing the positive transformation in the lives of those I work with. Witnessing the sense of accomplishment and fulfillment that comes from an organized space is incredibly rewarding.
