Are you here because you’re ready to simplify your life and stop clutter from robbing you of energy, clarity, peace of mind, time and money?

Decluttering can be a very personal and emotional process. It requires time and patience to go through your items and decide what to keep. We will work together to determine if you held onto items out of guilt, obligation or whether the items deserve to stay. There is no ‘one size fits all’, but I aim to find what organizing style works best for you with the items you decided to keep.

Whether I’m Decluttering a room, Organizing closets, Assisting With A Move or Senior Downsizing, my work is judgment-free and confidential. I’ll work as fast as I can, or as slow as you need. Remember that nothing leaves your home without your approval! I will take an environmentally conscious approach to recycle, reuse and donate the items you have chosen to let go.

My 16 year old son is on the Autism Spectrum, along with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) and Anxiety. I learned, first hand, just how important being organized would be.

Having a functional home with a routine schedule has been crucial for my son and our family to be able to achieve a more comfortable and relaxed household. I learned what my organizational style is and quickly saw the benefits it had on me and my family. I knew I wanted to help others find that same relief.

As a registered and licensed OT (MSOTR/L), I'm qualified to assist with home modifications in order for clients to function safely by recommending adaptive equipment such as grab bars, a raised toilet seat or shower chair. I help make items more accessible for people who use wheelchairs, walkers and canes. I arrange and organize the space to prevent falls or risk of injury.

Additionally, I'm committed to helping older adults during life transitions and downsizing as well as those with a physical dysfunction or recovering from an injury. I am trained in teaching and incorporating fall prevention, energy conservation, and body mechanics to optimize your loved one's health, well-being and create a safer home environment.

I have a Masters of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from RUSH University in Chicago and have worked for over 20 years in sub-acute facilities and hospitals caring for acute Neurologic and Orthopedic patients, including Burn Injury.
