Services Provided - Guidance in the sorting, purging, organizing, and storing, work with family members in understanding the process, work as an intermediary in dealing with local authorities, cleaning – Entire home (including Garage and/or Sheds), hazardous material mitigation, flooring repair/ replacement which includes Carpet Cleaning, dry cleaning Linens/Drapes etc.
Inspection of all appliances, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems to determine overall condition and safety. Coordinate repairs if necessary.
Inspection of Roof, gutters, etc. (Will oversee the replacement or repair), windows (Inspection to make sure they are weather proof, clean and/or replace if necessary)
Doors (Interior and Exterior) Replacing hardware etc. (If necessary)
