Our Services include:
• Property Checks: We visit your property as often as you would like to check on it. We will enter the property on each inspection to check for vandalism or other damage. We will then prepare a site inspection log for your records and notify you if any repairs are needed.
• Grounds Services: Through our vendor partner program we can offer full service landscaping, pool care and snow removal as needed.
• Building Maintenance: Should repairs be needed at your property, we will bill you on an hourly basis plus parts and supplies. If you are having major repairs done we can manage outside contractors
• Cleaning Services: Through our vendor partner we offer top to bottom cleaning services.
• Trash Removal: If a former resident left your property a mess, we offer complete clean up and trash removal service.
• Home Staging: We will go in and highlight a home's best features, by abolishing clutter in the home, neutralizing the color palette, and seeing the home from a buyer's perspective, thus making it enticing to potential buyers.
