“Organize someone’s home and it stays organized for a day. Teach a person to organize their own home and it stays organized for a lifetime.”
Your stuff is, well, your stuff, and you want it the way you want it. But maybe you’ve decided you don’t want so much of it; you want to get to things without wading through clutter. Or maybe your life situation has changed and you’re downsizing, moving or learning to let go of something — or someone — that’s been with you for a long time.
That’s where I come in, because besides having an innate sense of organization, I have been trained to help people like you learn to organize your space so it feels good to you.
When organizing and de-cluttering ones things, you have to ask yourself the tough questions, which are:
• Is my stuff really me?
• How important is it that I hold on to some of these things?
• How would it make me feel if I didn’t have this?
I can gently help you move out of your comfort zone into a whole new comfort zone using my extensive background in teaching, and along the way you just might get some surprises. Re-purposing things you already have for a new use and shopping in your closet for a whole new look are just a few of the techniques I teach.
When your environment is organized your life is organized, and when your life is organized you feel more relaxed, flexible and in control.
