Hailing from England and raised in Los Angeles’ Laurel Canyon neighborhood, Karen Scott had an eclectic upbringing, surrounded by rock and roll royalty and other eccentric personas, that sparked the creative design force she is today.
Her early career included stints in both radio and television, working as a broadcasting producer as well as an agency producer.
In January, 2001, she began her career as an organizer and spatial designer, founding her company, Karen Scott & Co. Karen saw a need in her own life, as well as those of her friends, for organizing her home to help her family thrive. What began as just that, soon took off, evolving into everything from interior decorating to closet therapy, garage renovations to complete house management and complete residential relocations.
Through an approach that includes identification of short and long term goals, as well as personal trainings, Karen combines fun, compassion, and empathy to successfully organize and transform her clients’ environments. Whether it’s a laundry room, closet, garage, or the entire house, Karen guides her clients through the de-cluttering and refurbishing of it all with style and grace.
Today, Karen Scott & Co. is one of the leaders in home organizational design and relocation needs. Her clientele includes many of the entertainment industry’s top executives and talent and continues to grow with each completed project
