I have 15 years of cleaning/organizing experience,
including owning my own cleaning company for several of those years. I supply all my own materials, aside from any storage bins, cabinets, boxes, shelving, small organizers, basically anything that is going to contain your belongings and be left behind. Those items are to be purchased ahead of time by the client's so that we use things your style and that fit your thoughts and ideas. If we have to get more or trade them in we certainly shall. I expect my clients have some sort of an idea in they're heads before jumping in, if not I encourage them to hop on Pintrest and create a board to share with me here @mamayaya1990. Any and all brainstorming time does not count towards my clients purchased sessions.
I am a mom of 3 rambunctious boys, so I know quite well that life happens. I don't charge cancelation/reschedule fees so long as my clients notify me as soon as they know and keep me in the loop. However, I do charge a deposit to hold your first scheduled session which will be applied to your full balance. and all bundled sessions are to be paid in full the day of your first session.
