Hi there! I'm Aileen!

I founded Aligned by Aileen when I realized that I had the skills to transform others lives by organizing. What started out as a small side hustle, has boomed into an extremely fulfilling career of helping others.
I had a successful career as a musical theatre performer and wanted an outside to career to compliment it during off seasons.
A Belmont University alumna with a degree in Musical Theatre, my skills on stage better help me choreograph your home and business; I'm also known to belt out some Billboard Top 100 while working on projects ;) Living in Manhattan for four years really helped develop my love for organizing apartments and making efficient use of small spaces. My adjacent careers have taken me all over the US which has provided me with invaluable experience working with people in all walks of life and working on projects in a variety of spaces.
