I started out organizing for family, helping my mom clear out the garage. I quickly realized that while she had the motivation to get the project done, she was overwhelmed by the sheer size of the task. Later I started helping my siblings and friends clean their rooms, and noticed another trend: they said they lacked the motivation for it, but with just a few small nudges and a bit of direction, they became excited about the project.
