Mylène has been a member of the Professional Organizers in Canada since 2013, is a Silver Leaf member and is the 2021 recipient of the Harold Taylor Award. She has been a POC Conference speaker and also works as a volunteer as both the Treasurer of the Montreal Chapter and Vice-Chair on the National POC Ethics committee. FLO Organisation has both Liability Insurance and Errors and Omissions and abides by POC's Code of Ethics. She has been awarded the prestigious Harold Taylor award by POC.
